Refund Policy (Australia)

Our Commitment to You

We strive to provide the best experience when purchasing computer games through our pre-order system. If you encounter an issue with your order, we are here to help in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Refund & Return Eligibility

Under Australian law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item:

  • Is faulty, defective, or does not work as intended
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, making it no longer useful

Change of mind returns are not accepted for pre-orders unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Pre-Order Cancellation

Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded only before the game’s official release date. Once a game has been released and shipped, we cannot process refunds unless the product is faulty or does not match the description.

Digital Products & Refunds

For digital game purchases (game keys, downloads), refunds are only granted if:

  • The digital code has not been used or activated
  • The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong game or edition)
  • The digital key is faulty and does not work

Once a digital code has been redeemed, we are unable to issue refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or screenshots (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping & Returns

If a refund is approved for a physical item, you may be required to return the product to us. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
