Pre-Order and Delivery Terms

We specialize in selling computer games on a pre-order basis. When you place a pre-order, you secure a copy of the game before its official release. Payments are processed at the time of order confirmation, and the game will be shipped or made available for digital download upon release.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

We offer shipping across Australia through trusted couriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, and FedEx. Shipping times may vary based on your location:

• Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2-5 business days
• Regional Areas: 5-10 business days
• Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary, with potential delays due to logistics constraints

For digital pre-orders, a game code will be sent via email on the release date.

Release Day Delivery

We strive to deliver pre-ordered games on the official release date. However, delivery times depend on the publisher's release schedule and courier service. Any delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., distributor delays, customs, force majeure) are not our responsibility.

Consumer Rights & Refunds

As per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers are entitled to a refund or replacement in cases where:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

Change of mind returns are not accepted for pre-orders unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
